If you are hoping to throw an event, our beautiful country pub is the perfect location for you to make it a special one. Our Grade II listed, 16th century free house features historic architecture, low ceilings and warm fires, and is the perfect setting for birthdays, anniversaries and private parties. The pub has recently been renovated to the highest of standards to also offer excellent professional conference rooms and meeting facilities for up to 40 people.
Head Chef Neil and his team will create an eclectic and imaginative menu for your special day and attune it perfectly for the season. Using only the finest ingredients, our team will create menus to suit personal tastes and dietary requirements. We’ll take care of everything, so all you have to worry about is bringing your hungry and thirsty guests to us.
We can cater to a maximum of 70 people in the private dining room at our country pub in Cambridge. This is normally more than enough for most birthdays, business meetings and intimate parties. Head Chef Neil and the team have years of experience catering for major events. Neil worked on the Cunard Liner Queen Elizabeth II for a number of years and is skilled at delivering quality food to large numbers within short timeframes.
